Tips to Minimize the Effects of Jet Lag

One of the most common problems travelers have is the jet lag.  It is most predominate when flying eastward, or in our case, the trip start going over to Europe.  The general rule of thumb is you need one day of recovery and adaptation for every hour of flying.  Our trip will be 9 - 10 hours.  If you don't recover for 9 - 10 days, you might miss most of the trip.  So take a look at these helpful tips to minimize the jet lag impact.  We usually arrive about 9am on the first day, and head right out on the tours.  We hit the ground running and won't stop for 2 weeks.  I'm really looking forward to going !!
